In last week's episode of "Grey's Anatomy" Season 10, doctors at the Grey Sloan hospital battled a contagious flu that put doctors and patients both in danger. This week on "Grey's Anatomy" Season 10 Episode 19 as the drama continues to accelerate, doctors will deal with a tough medical case and focus on their research projects. Meanwhile, a doctor may see her dream coming true and another doctor may plan his departure.

According to the synopsis (as quoted by Wetpaint) of "Grey's Anatomy" Season 10 Episode 19 titled "I'm Winning," the staff at the hospital gets to know that doctor Cristina (Sandra Oh) has been nominated for the prestigious Harper Avery award. "Grey's Anatomy" buffs will know that highly ambitious Cristina has always dreamt of being decorated with this honor. While everyone else at the hospital is delighted by the news, she is trying to contain her excitement. Will Sandra Oh's character Cristina see her dream coming true before she makes the exit?

For more, Episode 19 will see doctors including Bailey (Chandra Wilson), Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) and Alex (Justin Chambers) deal with a kid with a failed immune system. Braden's extremely weak immunity system compels doctors to keep him in isolation but he refuses to do so. The promo video below shows Armani Jackson's Braden running around in public zone of the hospital as Alex chases him around. Will doctors at Grey Sloan hospital be able to save the child or will this be his "death sentence" as suggested by voiceover in the promo video?

Meanwhile, Alex continues to debate over the issue concerning the big change in his career. In the last week's episode, viewers saw new doctor Oliver Lebackes' (Patrick Fabian) interaction with Alex. Their conversation inspired him to rethink about his career path and considering changing it a little while optimizing profits that he could avail.

While speaking to TV Guide, Justin Chambers revealed his character's thoughts about his career and possible future. "Alex thinks, 'Maybe I need to possibly think about joining a private practice.' He's starting to see that he could profit a little more than he has," told Justin Chambers to TV Guide. Do you think Justin Chambers will leave the show alongside Sandra Oh or is it just another twist in the tale?

Furthermore, Derek (Patrick Dempsey) and Callie (Sara Ramirez) will collaborate yet again to work on a groundbreaking technology. Their next project is the machine that can recognize human emotions. Elsewhere, Richard (James Pickens Jr.) acquaints the residents with the exciting projects going around the hospital.

However, fans must know that while there are rumors swirling around about Justin Chambers' exit with or after Sandra Oh, there is no word yet about his future projects or a spin off show.
