"Grey's Anatomy" Season 10 and Sandra Oh finale is just three episodes away and fans have already begun to wonder, what will show's creator Shonda Rhimes present this time. ABC's long running medical drama has a history of tragic and dramatic finales. With Sandra Oh send off lined up, fans are expecting it to be bigger than ever. Title of the much awaited segment suggests exactly what to expect from the episode. "Fear (of the Unknown)" is the name of "Grey's Anatomy" Season 10 Episode 24 and it is speculated that the segment may revolve around fears. Cartermatt speculates that it could be "everything from Cristina making a big move, and also the possibility that a patient has to be aware when they come to a hospital."

Furthermore, the Web site reported the synopsis of the upcoming episode. The synopsis says, "in the Season 10 finale, the doctors of Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital bid an emotional farewell to beloved Cristina Yang." One could infer that Cristina will receive the well deserved farewell than simply disappearing from the scene and it is going to be emotive and heartbreaking.

But there is more to the segment featuring Cristina's farewell. Viewers have seen an airplane crash, a violent thunderstorm a shooter and more in season finales over the years. This time "a possible act of terrorism" at Seattle is going to cause "chaos" at the hospital. Are doctors ready for it? How they tackle this fearful situation remains to be seen.

Meanwhile, Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) will make a "life changing decision" and a doctor will receive some "shocking news."

While the promo video is yet to be released, TV Fanatic has gathered some photos giving first look at the Season 10 finale episode. A set of seven photos from episode 24 "Fear (of the Unknown)" shows the chief, Owen Hunt (Kevin McKidd) occupied with some big task, possibly incoming emergency cases. There is "Collateral Damage" actor Rick Worthy guest starring in the show. He can be seen engaged in a serious conversation with Owen.
