Grey's Anatomy Season 10 premieres in a week's time. Time flies for many Jolex fans who have been waiting to see what Shonda Rhimes will bring to Jo Wilson (Camilla Luddington) and Alex Karev (Justin Chambers). Among the top spoilers of the season is the entry of James Remar, Dexter's dad in the Showtime psychopath series, "Dexter."

Alex Karev, as many Grey's Anatomy fans know, comes from a troubled family. His mother had a mental illness and his father was definitely not a role model. In Season 10, Karev's wife-beating, family-abandoning father shows up. And the role goes to James Remar, who, as Harry Morgan, had recently said his goodbyes to Dexter.

Viewers have seen Karev's brother Aaron and sister Amber on Grey's Anatomy. The former had tried to kill the latter in a fit caused by schizophrenia. What does his dad want now? Grey's Jolex fans are keeping their fingers crossed. If dad messes with Jo, Karev will definitely hit him - again!

Grey's Anatomy Season 10 Top 5 Spoilers: Intern Mousey aka Heather Brooks Dying?

5. Intern "Mousey" might die because of "Happy" Shane Ross (Gaius Charles). Heather Brooks (Tina Marjorino) goes out to find Dr Webber, believing Dr Shepherd has tasked him to do so. It remains to be seen whether she'd survive electrocution to discover that Shane had lied to her.

4. Cristina Yang is leaving Grey Sloan Memorial - For Good. Sandra Oh has officially announced she's not renewing her Grey's contract after Season 10.

3. Meredith Grey and Derek Shepherd are also leaving Grey Sloan. Ellen Pompeo and Patrick Dempsey have yet to formally announce whether they're renewing their contracts or not. But as MerDer, the couple will focus on parenting first. "(Meredith Grey) is going to discover whether or not she's interested in being that person who puts her career first," Shonda Rhimes tells TV Guide.

2. Calzona continues to deal with Arizona Robbins' PTSD. Callie will be closer and friendlier to Meredith and Cristina, but she eventually feels betrayed by them. Arizona's cheating will play out in Season 10, but it does not mean there is no hope for Callie and Arizona.

1. "A key character comes back," Kevin McKidd announced. Katherine Heigl as Izzie Stevens? Kate Walsh as Addison Montgomery? Who is this key character? The Owen Hunt actor says further: "No ghosts!"

The Grey's Anatomy Season 10 premiere will take the viewers back to Grey Sloan in the midst of a superstorm. Chief Webber (James Pickens, Jr) is likely to survive, but Shonda Rhimes didn't want to reveal much.
