Grey's Anatomy Season 10 is still months away, but fan speculations are ripe when it comes to the fate of the characters in the series. Calzona and Crowen followers are worried, but other couples could wind up in jeopardy, as well.

Grey's Anatomy Season 9 finale left some relationships in mid-air. RIP Calzona tweets were seen on Twitter last week as a big fight erupts between Callie and Arizona. Cristina and Owen of the Crowen pair may be headed to Splitsville, too. There is also much left unsaid between Jackson and April.

7. Will Season 10 be the last for Grey's Anatomy? Series creator Shonda Rhimes says the writers are not looking at final season just yet.

6. Does Richard Webber die? Rhimes won't answer this question. She told Entertainment Weekly fans will see Chief Webber again, but the question is best left unanswered at this point. Catherine Avery, Jackson's mom, could be in for another guest appearance in an emotional episode.

5. Are Jo Wilson and Alex Karev officially together? This Jolex couple seems to be joining Meredith and Derek in Happy Couple Land.

4. Is it over for Cristina and Owen? It seems the prized heart surgeon is done denying the big issues between her and the incumbent chief. Owen wants to go as far as they could, but things don't look promising in the Grey's Season 9 finale.

3. Will April cancel her wedding to Matthew? The way April revealed her feelings for Jackson is reminiscent of Lexie Grey's confession to Mark Sloan a year ago. Jackson, however, seems to be enjoying his dalliance with intern Stephanie.

2. Is it over for Callie and Arizona? Jessica Capshaw told The Hollywood Reporter there has been no profound forgiveness on Arizona's end. "What you see in her very core is that Arizona does not forgive Callie for promising her that she would not amputate her leg and then amputating her leg." Uh-oh for Calzona fans.

1. Will Arizona and Lauren officially hook-up? In the event that her marriage to Callie is dissolved, there might be a chance for a new love story for Arizona. Hilarie Burton, who plays Lauren, is a fine actress. Grey's Anatomy could use her as the new Mark Sloan in the Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital.
