Relationships are changing in Grey's Anatomy Season 10. Jolex, Calzona, Crowen are no longer the same couples they were in previous seasons. It seems creator Shonda Rhimes has changed only one of these couples for the better. In the show's Halloween special, "Thriller," these relationships are further exposed. Here are the changes among the Grey's couples, so far.

Meredith Grey and Derek Shepherd. Merder agreed to be "superheroes" managing their time for their kids. Derek has agreed to step back and give Meredith the time she needs to nurture her surgical career.

Cristina Yang and Owen Hunt. He tries to move on, but he couldn't even tell the new girl he was married. She's hurting, but she knows she'll never be the right person for him. It now seems Sharky is out to give her a treat - at least for the Halloween. Crowen is officially over.

Miranda Bailey and Ben Warren. Bailey has been focused on Chief Webber since the season premiere. Then Webber throws her out after Ben shows up in Episode 7. But something her hubby has done gravely disappointed Bailey.

Jackson Avery and April Kepner. Japril fans are not giving up on Avery and Kepner. There are speculations that these two will actually get married. Stephanie and Matthew may just be some passers-by in their lives. For now, Japril are trying to be good friends.

Callie Torres and Arizona Robbins. There is almost no chance for reconciliation for these moms. At least not yet, now that Robbins is fooling around with Murphy. But for Sofia, they agreed to be in one room for more than five minutes. That's their Halloween treat for their little girl.

Jo Wilson and Alex Karev. Better known as Jolex to avid Grey's Anatomy fans, these two are getting stronger - despite "one crappy call." Dressed as Tinker Bell, Jo shows Alex he can't just push her away after one mistake, especially if she was only helping him out.

Cristina and Meredith. These two have been the strongest duo in the series' 10 years. But words were said, and now Mer is out to prove to Cristina that she can be a great surgeon and a great mom. "She and I used to know what the other one is thinking," Yang tells Owen in "Thriller." The one line tells of worse things to come for Yang and Grey.

Sandra Oh is leaving Grey's Anatomy after Season 10. Shonda Rhimes has not revealed how the exit would play into the drama, but fans are bracing themselves. Oh is one of the six original cast whose contracts are up at the end of Grey's Year 10.

Grey's Anatomy Season 10, Episode 7 uses the Halloween to remind avid viewers the number of kids in the series now. First there was Bailey's son, Tuck. Then came Sofia and Zola. Meredith's firstborn, Baby Bailey, is the youngest. The kids are all adorably suited up for Halloween's Trick or Treats in "Thriller." Jolex and Japril/Mapril fans are wondering whether there's another baby in the horizon for their favourite couples. In Shondaland, anything is possible.
