"Grey's Anatomy" Season 10 is gradually heading towards its much-anticipated finale which will mark the final appearance of the much loved actor Sandra Oh and her character Cristina Yang on the show. "Grey's Anatomy" has a history of tragic season finales. Several media outlets are already speculating a devastating finale for Season 10 of the show.
Fans know that May 15 episode of the show will also be Sandra Oh's final episode. The show is already preparing for the sad send-off of the actress who has been on the show as a main character from its first season.
According to the spoilers report by TV Guide, fans can look forward to a "tearful farewell" and "heartbreaking sendoff" of Sandra Oh. However, it won't be the focal point of the finale episode. Rather, fans can expect a disastrous ending, like its previous seasons.
The Web site reports that "Grey's Anatomy" Season 10 Finale episode will feature the repercussions of act of terrorism in Seattle. Doctors at the Grey Sloan Memorial hospital will be handling numerous victims, badly injured during a possible terrorist attack. This means an explosive and heartrending finale is in store for the fans.
Earlier, Wetpaint Entertainment spilled out some spoilers from the show's finale segment based on casting sides of the episode. The Web site noted that there could be a "massive car accident" in the season finale. Examiner infers that this could be an indication towards a scene involving "some kind of car bomb." Keeping in mind last few season finale episodes, fans can expect something as huge and as disastrous as this. There was airplane crash at the end of "Grey's Anatomy" Season 8 and a violent storm at the end of season 9.
For Sandra Oh's exit, speculations about her possible death are running rampant. But is not yet confirmed how her character will be written off the script.
However, Wetpaint has been quick in picking up hints from here and there, indicating at possible scenario at the end of Season 10 of the show. According to the report, Cristina Yang may leave for Europe at the end of the show. A "Grey's Anatomy" guest star Kunal Kumar posted a snippet from Cristina and Owen's scene for the May 15 episode, according to the Web site. The script reads: "My phone is dead. Oh, and I need a European charger. And I need more luggage." Wetpaint infers that she may be "Europe-bound."
Furthermore, executive producer Tony Phelan has promised a finale that will leave its fans "shaken." On March 22, EP wrote on Twitter:

Meanwhile, it is known that "Grey's Anatomy" Season 10 finale episode will not only feature Sandra Oh's final appearance but it will also see the exit of two more characters, Tessa Ferrer (Leah) and Gaius Charles (Shane). Also, some characters like Preston Burke and Derek's sister will make a comeback some time before the season is officially wrapped up.
