"Grey's Anatomy" Season 10 spoilers indicate some exciting new episodes from the ABC medical drama. The show left with quite a wedding cliffhanger in Episode 12. Will April Kepner (Sarah Drew) run away with Jackson Avery (Jesse Williams)? Here are 13 of the spoilers, including Grey's scoop in various reports.

1. Grey's Anatomy Season 10, Episode 13 will pick up from where 12 left off.

2. April immediately reveals her response to Jackson's wedding interruption in Grey's 10x13. No waiting game here!

3. Alex Karev's (Justin Chambers) dad, played by James Remar (Showtime's "Dexter"), survives Shane Ross' (Gaius Charles) surgical trainwreck.

4. Jo Wilson (Camilla Luddington) will be done with Shane in terms of friendship. She freaks out that it's his fault Karev's dad nearly dies. In this sense, Grey's Anatomy Season 10 shows an intern so hateful of another. Jolex before bros, apparently.

5. At some point, Jessica Capshaw, who plays Arizona Robbins of Calzona, will need a stunt double some time this Grey's season.

6. Sandra Oh is leaving Grey's Anatomy. The Season 10 finale could be her final episode. Fans are hoping Grey's creator Shonda Rhimes will not kill off Cristina Yang.

7. TVLine.com reported there are "several new, potentially permanent sets" for Grey's Anatomy Season 10 production. Who will need a new set? Perhaps Derek Shepherd (Patrick Dempsey), who gets a call from the POTUS toward the end of Episode 12.

8. Patrick Dempsey and Ellen Pompeo have signed on for Grey's Anatomy Seasons 11 and 12. Chandra Wilson (Bailey), Justin Chambers (Karev), and James Pickens, Jr (Webber) are also likely to sign for two more years. Only Sandra Oh will be missed from the original cast.

9. A certain Dr Oliver Lebackes is joining the Grey Sloan Memorial family. The actor playing the role has yet to be spilled. But E! Online reported this doctor is "a sweetie" and he will be in Grey's Anatomy Season 10, Episode 18.

10. There's a rumour that Shonda Rhimes is casting a 7-year-old actress to play Zola. In response, TVLine reports Rhimes is "cooking up something unorthodox" but "it's not [for] a flash-forward episode." Is the series making a long time jump within Season 10?

11. April Kepner and Arizona Robbins will be closer as friends in the upcoming new episodes of Grey's Anatomy.

12. "Stephanie (Jerrika Hinton) is going to be hurting; you can't bounce back from that," Jesse Williams has said earlier.

13. Grey's Anatomy Season 10, Episode 13 airs on February 27, 2014 on ABC.
