"Grey's Anatomy" Season 10 spoilers are slowly trickling in, as Episode 13 is set to air by end-February. Creator Shonda Rhimes is promoting a mind-blowing episode (again). The stars and crew get back on the set, filming what's next in Shondaland. Here's a round-up of what's been reported about Calzona (Callie and Arizona), Jolex (Jo and Alex), and Japril (Jackson and April).

Grey's Anatomy Season 10: Japril Teasers

Some Japril fans are looking for leaked answers. Will April (Sarah Drew) leave the wedding and choose Jackson Avery (Jesse Williams)?

Williams, incidentally, is now a dad! His wife Aryn Drake-Lee gave birth to a healthy baby girl in December.

"Regret" will influence the mood in the next episodes of Grey's Anatomy Season 10, Williams says. Whether April chooses Avery or Matthew (Justin Bruening), regrets will surface in the wedding arc. For some hardcore Japril-Grey's fans, there will only be regrets if April chooses Matthew.

What is next for Callie Torres and Arizona Robbins?

The Grey's Anatomy Season 10 premiere centres on how Callie Torres (Sara Ramirez) deals with her unfaithful wife, Arizona Robbins (Jessica Capshaw). "The other woman," Dr Lauren Boswell (Hilarie Burton), never shows up again. But it took several episodes before the couple (somewhat) reconciled.

Spoilers indicate Jessica Capshaw will be needing a stunt double in one of the next episodes of Grey's Anatomy Season 10. Why? Fans could only speculate for now. The last time she's seen, Arizona is looking lovely as one of April's bridesmaids. There's also a spoiler that she and April will be even closer as friends.

"Sometimes...my work involves some pretty crazy scenarios. I have been documenting them (and) will have some special BTS (behind the scenes) pics when 1015 airs!" Capshaw says on Twitter. Fans are definitely looking forward to seeing that BTS compilation. Perhaps one of these "crazy scenarios" would require a stunt double for Capshaw.

Jo Wilson and Alex Karev Caught in Dad Drama

Speaking to ontheredcarpet.com, Camilla Luddington says her character, Jo Wilson, will be with boyfriend Alex Karev (Justin Chambers) in a terrible time. In Grey's Anatomy Season 10, Episode 12, Shane Ross (Gaius Charles) puts Karev's dad Jimmy (James Remar) in great danger. Camilla hints Ross is dead to Jo in the next episode.

Ross is already losing it. Could Jo be the one to push him over the edge?

Jo and Alex seem to be doing extremely well despite (or even because of) his dad issues. In the mid-season finale, Alex tells Jo she's everything to him. Could these two be the next couple to get married in the series?

Shonda Rhimes Talks a 'Glowing' Grey's Anatomy Season 10

"Just read a mind-glowingly delightful upcoming #GreysAnatomy script. It's coming, people," Shonda Rhimes tweeted about a week ago. She blames her auto-type for the "glow" when she meant to say "mind-blowing." But she adds, "I stand by it."

What is this "glowing" script? Could it be Grey's Anatomy Season 10, Episode 15? Jessica Capshaw mentioned the episode for an exciting reason, of course.

"I think you love me, too. Do you?" Avery asks bride April - right in front of groom Matthew, who is standing at the altar with her. It seems this question will be answered in the next new episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 10. Perhaps not by words, but viewers will know.
