Grey's cast Ellen Pompeo, Jessica Capshaw, Patrick Dempsey, and Sarah Drew are actively teasing fans on future developments with their ships: Calzona, Jolex, Japril, and Mapril.

Teasing new developments for Calzona fans, Jessica Capshaw tweeted: "Today is a big day. TWO BRAND NEW Grey's Anatomy scripts being read by our whole cast. Minds are gonna be blown, no doubt." Sarah Drew Asked: Jackson or Matthew, Japril or Mapril?

"Spent some time with the writers on Monday hearing about season 10 for April!! So excited!" Sarah Drew tweeted. Between April's fiancee Matthew and true love Jackson, the actress admits confusion.

"I love Japril ! do you :) ?" A Grey's Anatomy fan asks on Twitter.

"I love Mapril and japril! I can't decide!" Sarah replies.

Ellen Pompeo, meanwhile, is always shouting out some love for her hunk co-stars. She earlier retweeted a Jolex photo and hashtagged it with #justinchambersissofine. The photo, incidentally, was originally tweeted by Sarah Drew.

Camilla Luddington and Justin Chambers are making Jolex fans happy with their convincing portrayals of Jo Wilson and Alex Karev, respectively. Karev's fans are hoping the guy could finally have his happy ending with Wilson.

Grey's Anatomy Season 10 Spoilers: What We Know So Far, Patrick Dempsey

Grey's Anatomy Season 10 cast has done table reads and it's ready to begin filming this week. The premiere episode is a 2-hour special, with firefighters and an engaged couple in the guest list. There will be a "whole mess of drama" according to a Grey's writer's tweet. Jessica Capshaw echoes that with "minds are gonna be blown."

Patrick Dempsey is more reflective, than thrilled, though fans can say he's caught in a mix of emotions. Will the actor sign up for one or two more seasons of Derek Shepherd, or will this be his last in Grey's Anatomy? Here's one of his most recent tweets:
