Grey's Anatomy Season 10 spoilers are scarce but Sarah Drew has a little something for the Calzona (Callie Torres and Arizona Robbins) shippers. Jolex (Jo Wilson and Alex Karev) is also a hot couple this season. Karev is caught in a turmoil of emotions over his father, Jimmy Evans (James Remar). Aside from the interrupted wedding, what does creator Shonda Rhimes have in store for the Grey's fans when it premieres in 2014?

Grey's Anatomy creator Shonda Rhimes has been mum on the romantic drama and Season 10 2013 cliffhanger at the April Kepner (Sarah Drew) - Matthew Taylor (Justin Bruening) wedding. Jesse Williams as Jackson Avery has a strong following among Grey's viewers. A lot of fans are rooting for him after his grand wedding interruption. Which 'ship survives in 2014 -- Mapril or Japril?

Will April still marry Matthew? The wedding will go on only if Matthew is just truly crazy in-love. In an interview, Jesse Williams broke down the story by focusing on how Matthew would feel. April couldn't answer when Avery asks her if she loves him. Matthew knows their history, and no groom would be happy with a reluctant bride - in front of his family and friends!

Whether or not the Mapril wedding pushes on, Sarah Drew said via Spreecast her character will find a new best friend in Grey's Anatomy Season 10. Jackson has been her only best friend in the series, but Arizona is about to change that.

"I think that (Arizona and April will) have more and more stuff together. Everybody got really excited about the April and Arizona friendship, and I did too," Drew said, adding, "(I)t was really, really fun for them to kind of find each other." The two only got to rediscover each other in Grey's Anatomy Season 10. If she becomes a closer friend to Arizona, could April help the Calzona ship float for good?

One Grey's Anatomy couple that fans could really say goodbye to is Crowen (Cristina Yang and Owen Hunt). Emma Marling (Marguerite Moreau) and Owen (Kevin McKidd) are going stronger, while Cristina (Sandra Oh) is all set to leave Grey Sloan Memorial at the end of the season. Sandra Oh has said it is time for her character to exit the show, but she hoped Cristina would not die.

As for Jolex, Karev (Justin Chambers) is about to find out either one of two things: His father has died over the recklessness of Jo's co-intern, Shane Ross (Gaius Charles); or, his father survives, thanks to Chief Webber (James Pickens, Jr). Grey's Anatomy is as big on family drama as it is on couples and weddings. Will Jo Wilson stand by Alex Karev through any ordeal at this point?

Meanwhile, Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) and Derek (Patrick Dempsey) are likely to hit another bump on the road over their career plans. MerDer has been pretty stable for a while now, but the president's call may just shake things up for them.

Grey's Anatomy Season 10 premieres its second half on ABC on Feb. 27. That's still two months away, so avid fans are stuck to old DVDs for now.
