Grey's Anatomy Season 10 spoilers are heating up as the new season premiere approaches. Jolex (Jo Wilson and Alex Karev) will have a dramedy treatment, says series creator Shonda Rhimes. Calzona (Callie Torres and Arizona Robbins) will re-examine their marriage during a cool-off phase. Meanwhile, an "unexpected" death is suspected to develop as one of the interns exit the ABC medical drama.

Grey's boss Shonda Rhimes downplays any fears of emerging troubles for new couple Wilson (Camilla Luddington) and Karev (Justin Chambers). She says the pair will have some funny moments that Jolex fans will enjoy.

There will also be some dramedy for Callie (Sara Ramirez) and Arizona (Jessica Capshaw). Rhimes mentions "dark humour" will play out in the aftermath of Arizona's PTSD-related dalliance with Lauren Boswell (Hilarie Burton). Rhimes had earlier pointed out there was still so much left unexplored in Arizona's PTSD, and this is possibly one of the things that Callie will put into consideration before sealing their fate. Calzona is not expected to part ways for good, but a cool-off is likely.

"Seal Our Fate" is the title of Grey's Anatomy Season 10 premiere, which will air on Sept. 26 (Thursday) via ABC.

Meanwhile, the perceived electrocution situation involving Chief Webber (James Pickens, Jr) is likely a misdirection, according to speculations. Heather Brooks (Tina Marjorino) reportedly exits the series during the 2-hour premiere of Grey's Anatomy Season 10. And the manner by which she leaves might involve the infamous Shondaland reaper.

Still on the subject of death, E! Online teased the death of Lexie Grey will resurface "at the most inconvenient time for someone who was very close to her." This happens early on in Grey's Anatomy Season 10.

Marjorino is the only intern who does not get promoted to series regular. She's leaving Grey's Anatomy to focus on the TNT spy drama called, "Legends." Brooks aka Cristina Yang's "Mousey" has been particularly close to MerDer (Meredith Grey and Derek Shepherd) throughout Season 9. In the May finale, Brooks jolts Bailey (Chandra Wilson) from her surgery trauma by telling her that Meredith needs help.

As for Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo), Shonda says she has major decisions to make following the birth of Baby Bailey Grey Shepherd.

"She's going to discover whether or not she's interested in being that person who puts her career first," Shona tells TV Guide.

Grey's Anatomy Season 10 is the last and final season for Sandra Oh, who leaves the series in next year's finale. Patrick Dempsey, Ellen Pompeo and the rest have yet to announce their separate decisions. Oh, Dempsey, Pompeo, Pickens, Wilson, and Chambers are the six remaining original cast in the ABC series. Their contract expires in May 2014. Shonda Rhimes has earlier said the writers are not looking into Season 10 as the final instalment of the popular TV drama.
