"Grey's Anatomy" Season 10, Episode 24 ends the story of one of the Grey's viewers' favourite couples: Crowen. Spoilers indicate Cristina Yang and Owen Hunt are over. Yang and her Person, Meredith Grey, are saying goodbye in this Season 10 finale. More couple changes are expected in Season 11. Here are some speculations.

MerDer. Viewers learned in Grey's Anatomy Season 10, Episode 23 that Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo) and Derek Shepherd (Patrick Dempsey) are moving to Washington D.C. That is the plan, as far as Derek is concerned. This moves the heart of the characters far away from Grey Sloan Memorial. Some fans predict this move will either not happen, or it will not last.

Calzona. Callie Torres (Sara Ramirez) is now unable to conceive. She and wife Arizona Robbins (Jessica Capshaw) are not discussing adoption. Not yet, anyway. This couple fell apart in the Grey's Anatomy Season 9 finale. This year and in Season 11, a thorough healing is expected of them.

Jolex. Jo Wilson (Camilla Luddington) makes it clear she is not ready to get married, but she deeply cares for her beau. Alex Karev (Justin Chambers) is not entirely enjoying private practice. These two have a lot going on in their careers. However, a wedding in Grey's Anatomy Season 11 is not implausible.

Japril. Barring miscarriages and fatal prenatal issues, Jackson Avery (Jesse Williams) and April Kepner (Sarah Drew) will be mom and dad in Grey's Anatomy Season 11. Catherine Avery (Debbie Allen) becomes a doting grandma. Chief Webber (James Pickens, Jr) may reconcile with Catherine.

Bailey and Ben. Miranda Bailey (Chandra Wilson) and Ben Warren (Jason George) have sorted out many issues in their marriage (the latest of which is Bailey's decision to not tell Ben about her "bubble boy" treatment). These two are only growing stronger. No serious troubles expected of them in Grey's Anatomy Season 11.

Crowen. Preston Burke (Isaiah Washington) was not invited back to the series to ruin Crowen. However, Burke's career-changing proposal ultimately drains any hope for a Cristina-Owen romantic reconciliation. Sex is still in Crowen's no-labels relationship, but they know it's over. The Grey's Anatomy Season 10 finale is expected to end Crowen for good.
