“Grey’s Anatomy” Season 11 Episode 11 is titled “All I Could Do Was Cry” and airs on Thursday. The upcoming segment will delve deeper into ongoing storylines of the popular characters such as April, Jackson, Meredith, Derek, Amelia and others. The main plot line of the upcoming episode revolves around April and Jackson’s unborn baby and Meredith and Derek’s attempts to work things together in their long-distance marriage. Here are a few spoilers for the next episode of “Grey’s Anatomy” Season 11. [Warning: Spoilers Alert!]

ABC has released a synopsis for Episode 11 “All I Could do was Cry” on its official website. Based on the report, it can be expected to be a heavily emotional segment. One couple will have to make a heartbreaking decision and the other couple will struggle to make their marriage work through distance.

The winter premiere of Season 11 brought some big news. Derek decided to leave Seattle and take up the job in Washington, DC, and April and Jackson learned about the fatal disease of their baby. “After several discussions with Dr Herman, April and Jackson must face their situation head on and make a difficult decision regarding their unborn child,” the synopsis for Episode 11 explains.

Meanwhile, Meredith plans to visit Derek over the weekend. But she has one problem to take care of—she needs someone to look after her children. Meanwhile, Amelia and Stephanie work together on a case. Catherine returns to Seattle and have a chance encounter with Richard.

In Episode 10, fans saw how Meredith struggled with the changes in her life. In the absence of her husband and her best friend, she tried to deal with the loneliness. Meanwhile, Jackson and April spent time arguing about their unborn child’s situation. With Jackson’s suggestion of aborting the child if he was diagnosed with Type II of Osteogenesis Imperfect, April’s Christian beliefs were put in question. April decided to keep the child regardless of his diagnosis.

April’s mother also paid a visit to her daughter and ended up in an argument with Jackson. At the bar, Callie met a new woman. At the hospital, Bailey, Meredith and Maggie used 3-D print scans to successfully operate a tumour in the abdomen of their patient.

A promo video (posted on YouTube.com by Television Promos) for Episode 11 “All I Could Do Was Crying” shows April sobbing in the arms of her husband and telling him “Maybe god won’t take him. Maybe it’ll be a miracle.” Meanwhile, fans can take a glimpse of the upcoming episode via promo photos posted on Spoiler TV.

“All I Could Do Was Crying” was was written by Elizabeth J.B. Klaviter and directed by Rob Underwood. “Grey’s Anatomy” Episode 11 airs Feb. 12 at 8:00 pm EST on ABC. Stay tuned for more spoilers.
