After a long interval, "Grey's Anatomy" returned with highly anticipated Season 11. Last week, fans saw how Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) and Owen Hunt (Kevin McKidd) try to move on after Cristina's (Sandra Oh) exit. Maggie Pierce (Kelly McCreary), the new cardiothoracic head, was also seen in action in the ER for the first time. Fans even witnessed the bitter start of Meredith and Maggie's relationship when they conflicted in the OR. At the same time, Callie and Arizona contemplated prospects of having a baby together and Alex and Bailey challenged each other to claim Cristina's chair on board of directors.

Maggie is having a hard time in the hospital. Besides her heated argument with Meredith, she is finding it difficult to make her impression on other doctors. In an attempt to prove her mettle, the new surgeon will be seen making efforts in "Puzzle With a Missing Piece." However, she only ends up landing herself in "extremely unfortunate situations."

Meanwhile, Richard tries to keep his secret a secret and doctors work on an interesting yet difficult case. On the other hand, a daughter is doing everything to keep her mother alive. But it remains to be seen if the doctors of Grey Sloan Memorial hospital be able to save the woman when they take over.

The network has released a sneak peek video from "Grey's Anatomy" Season 11 Episode 2 "Puzzle With a Missing Piece." The promo video shows Maggie and Jo working together on a case.
