"Grey's Anatomy" Season 11 reaches new heights of drama with Episode 5 to be aired on Thursday, Oct. 23. The storyline revolves around the relationship of a long-time and popular couple Callie and Arizona. The upcoming segment features Calzona's struggles and earnest endeavours to work things out. Last week Meredith was introduced to Ellis and Richard's secret life together in a series of flashbacks. In order to dig deeper and know more about her half-sister, she goes through Ellis' journals and old videos. Meanwhile, Alex realised that it was the board's unanimous decision to take Bailey onboard with them and that Alex was not really the favoured one. As for MerDer, they continued to fight over Derek's decision of staying in Seattle and let go off the job in Washington.

Maggie proved herself with an impressive surgery that she performed on her paralysed patient. Meanwhile, Richard revealed more about his relationship with Ellis and Adele to Meredith.

In Episode 5 "Bend & Break," the focus shifts a little to Callie and Arizona who have been going through tumultuous times in their marriage since last season. The two will delve deeper into the problems in their marriage.

ABC has released a synopsis of "Grey's Anatomy" Season 11 Episode 5 "Bend & Break" on its official site, teasing exciting spoilers. According to the media report, this would be a "Callie and Arizona-centric episode." They reportedly will look back at every incident and issue that may have only added to the problems in their marriage. But will they succeed in figuring out what could be the actual problem causing tension between them? Will they be able to dissolve differences that may have occurred over the years?

Meanwhile, Callie devotes her time to the new Veterans project. On the other hand, Arizona tries to prove herself to Dr. Herman. Elsewhere in Grey Sloan Memorial hospital, Richard approaches Bailey for an "advice" on an important matter.

The network also released a sneak peek (as published by Television Promos by YouTube.com) that shows Callie and Arizona in therapy. It seems they have agreed to seek professional help to deal with their issues.

Fans will also see Meredith and Callie spend some time together and bond like new best friends. Hypable has published some photos teasing the light moments from the upcoming episode.
