Last week fans enjoyed Callie and Arizona centric segment. The couple's relationship has been through lots of ups and downs and in the last aired episode they arrived at a decision of undergoing therapy. The couple was advised to completely disconnect from each other for at least 30 days.

At the end of their separation, Arizona confesses her love for her partner. As for Callie, she expresses her desire to be on her own for more time and feel the freedom she felt during their separation. Meanwhile, Callie finds a new best friend in Meredith who is also going through similar situation.

Moving on to the next episode, "Grey's Anatomy" Season 11 picks up from where it left. ABC has released synopsis on Episode 6 "Don't Let's Start" teasing exciting spoilers on its official website. According to the media report, the focus shifts a little to the other residents of Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital.

In the upcoming segment, Owen takes up a new case of a military officer. Upon learning the truth about the patient's background, he gets overly involved in her case. Meanwhile, April has a visitor to meet and greet this week. Her mother pays a surprise visit and ends up bonding with Jackson and annoying April.

Furthermore, Bailey's patient's diagnosis forces her to pay attention to her own health concerns. Meanwhile, Arizona receives shocking news from Dr. Herman.

The synopsis also hints at a family dinner being organised by Derek. A promo video published on YouTube.com by BlueSky6134 teases that Derek urges Meredith to invite Maggie for dinner. However, Meredith is not too happy with the idea as seen in the other promo video published on YouTube.com by Television Promos.
