‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Season 11 New Episode Update: Troubles Rest For Meredith, Arizona Until Next Plane Crash (Spoilers)
“Grey’s Anatomy” Season 11 spoilers point to another plane crash. Episode 18 (11x18, “When I Grow Up”), which aired Thursday, Apr. 2, have less problems for Meredith and Arizona. The two characters, however, headline an upcoming episode.

Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) begins the latest episode of “Grey’s Anatomy” Season 11 in a happy, “blessed” mood. Derek (Patrick Dempsey) is back, and she believes her husband has figured things out in their marriage. Derek himself tells the same thing to Amelia (Caterina Scorsone).
Episode 16 (11x16) in “Grey’s Anatomy” Season 11 shows Callie (Sara Ramirez) and Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) laughing together over someone in their dating history. The two haven’t been in a friendly and casual let alone laughing situation in a while. In the latest episode, Callie gets a new prospective date.
According to spoiler reports, the next “Grey’s Anatomy” episode -- labeled 11x19 -- is about Amelia, Owen (Kevin McKidd) and Meredith’s reaction to their budding relationship. Episode 20 is about a plane crash that triggers horrible memories for Meredith and Arizona.
The plane crash in the finale episode of “Grey’s Anatomy” Season 8 had literally cost Arizona a leg. Meredith was unable to fly for a while. On the bright side, the converted amount of damages earned for them a hospital. This season’s upcoming plane crash is expected to show more of the post-traumatic signs among the doctors involved, if any still remains.
Before the “new” plane crash, however, Amelia has to explain to Meredith some things about her deal with Owen. Meredith reacts to the ongoing relationship, undefined and label-free as it may be. This causes Amelia to “rethink things,” according to the new episode synopsis.
In the same “Grey’s Anatomy” Season 11 episode, Catherine Avery (Debbie Allen) returns to help in a surgery involving an unfaithful man. She and Richard (James Pickens Jr.) are in a promo clip for the next episode.
