"Grey's Anatomy" Season 11 premieres on ABC this Thursday, Sept. 25. Creator Shonda Rhimes and team have a lot in store for the show's avid viewers. Jolex, Japril, Calzona and Merder shippers get ready for this new chapter.

Spoiler alert: This feature contains spoilers and speculations on Grey's Anatomy Season 11. Episode 1 is called, "I Must Have Lost It On The Wind." Many Grey's fans think Elton John's song has a lot to do with this new season's premiere episode.

Jolex (Jo Wilson and Alex Karev). Jo (Camilla Luddington) is expected to back her beau Karev (Justin Chambers) as he faces off with Bailey (Chandra Wilson) for a seat in the Board. Jolex has survived a botched engagement among other things in Grey's Anatomy Season 10. It seems this couple is rock solid, or at least it would start that way in this new season.

Japril (Jackson Avery and April Kepner). Jackson (Jesse Williams) is going to be a dad. His wife April (Sarah Drew, who happens to be pregnant in real life as well) is expected to show more crazy layers to her personality in Grey's Anatomy Season 11. More issues are expected to hit this newly married couple, but it seems they would power through each difficulty together.

Calzona (Callie Torres and Arizona Robbins). Callie (Sara Ramirez) and Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) are considering surrogacy. A patient in Grey's Anatomy Season 10 is responsible for the conception of this idea. In a previous interview, Shonda Rhimes has said Calzona will have to confront the bigger issues that have haunted them for so long. Fans fear divorce is looming, but Rhimes may keep them together for the shippers.

Merder (Meredith Grey and Derek Shepherd). Meredith is the sun, around which the planets revolve, says Cristina Yang (Sandra Oh) in her farewell message. McDreamy is leaving Seattle, but Mer is not leaving with him. She is taking charge of her destiny, and that excludes a life in Washington. While terribly missing Yang, Mer will have a closer relationship with Alex in Grey's Anatomy Season 11.

Shippers of Crowen are still coming to terms with the fact that Sandra Oh's Cristina Yang is no longer in Seattle. Would Owen Hunt (Kevin McKidd) hit it off with Mer's other sister? Fans could barely wait to find out what happens next in Grey's Anatomy Season 11.

Grey's premiere episode runs Sept. 25, airing within the ABC primetime Shondaland block that includes "Scandal" and the new series "How To Get Away With Murder."
