Grey's Anatomy Season 9 Episode 3 "Love the one you're with" is at least three notches less intense than the first two episodes of this season. Meredith Grey and those who figured in the plane crash have to make a life-changing decision, while Callie Torres has had enough of her wife's pity party.

In this week's episode of Grey's Anatomy, the plane crash victims had to choose between money and truth. They can either choose to settle and receive a ridiculous amount of money from the aircraft company, or they can express their wish for a continued investigation to find out the truth behind the crash.

Callie has spoken her mind about the matter. But at the end of the day, doctors and surgeons want answers. And they want to promote prevention.

Meanwhile, Jackson Avery and April Kepner find a way to ease the tension between them. Alex Karev tries to be a mentor for a change. And Cristina Yang seems to have found the best mentor ever. (Is "he" better than Teddy Altan?)

"Love the one you're with" is a beautiful transition episode. Everyone's been largely affected by the plane crash. Arizona Robbins has been made to realize that it's not just her life that has changed. This episode shows the characters are moving on, ready for the next major drama of their lives.
