Grey's Anatomy Season 9 comes back to U.S. television with a fresh episode - "Love the one you're with." Fans have seen how Mark Sloan died (Episode 1) and how Arizona Robbins lost her leg (Episode 2). What's in store for the third episode?

Arizona is seen in a Grey's Anatomy promo sitting up, looking slightly better than she did in the premiere. She may have not yet "snapped out of it" as Callie wished, but she could be getting there. Care to guess on who convinces her to get up and start a new chapter at Seattle Grace Mercy West?

Alex Karev is seen in the promo telling Arizona the hospital needs her back. He could be the one to help Arizona crystallize her thoughts.

Cristina Yang - Will she love the one she's with?

Meanwhile, Cristina Yang appears to be having an emotional meltdown in the same promo clip. Someone walks up to her to hand a hanky. Hunt? Parker? Or is it the surgeon-who-won't-retire, Thomas?

Yang was forced to go for an R & R by Dr. Parker. He thought she needed a break. It seems she would use this time to really come to terms with all the terrible things that have happened in Seattle. It would be nice if she could find herself re-thinking her relationship with Hunt. And may such thoughts make her realize who she should be with at this time.

Grey's Anatomy Season 9 Episode 4: "I Saw Her Standing There"

Back in Seattle, TVGuide.com reported Richard Webber and Jackson Avery will have "the talk." Further, Miranda Bailey will play the role of a referee between the two ego players. The three of them are last seen together outside Mark Sloan's room - right after he was taken off life support. Obviously, it was not the right time for them to talk about what happened between Webber and Avery's mother. That moment is for Episode 4: "I Saw Her Standing There." Kevin McKidd (Hunt) takes the director's chair for this "lighter" episode.

Before Jackson turns to Webber to give him a piece of his mind, he will (kind of) pop a question to April Kepner first. It happens this week, so tune in if you follow the Jackson-April storyline.
