Grey's Anatomy Season 9 finale, "Super Storm," carries with a super double meaning. A literal storm sweeps into the newly named Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital, and some of the characters find themselves in the eye of some very serious turmoil. The Calzona couple, for instance, appears to have broken things off. But is this for good, or are there sunny skies ahead for Callie Torres and Arizona Robbins?

Spoiler alert: This review contains some spoilers for those who have not seen Grey's Anatomy Season 9 finale, "Super Storm." Read at your own risk.

Callie's storm-sparked dalliance with Lauren is much too heavy for Callie to bear after all they've been through. "I thought we were past the hard stuff," Callie says. This echoes the sentiment of the many fans who had hoped the Calzona couple has had enough of misfortune since their car crash two years ago.

"I thought we were finally good. We have a child. How could you do this?" Callie couldn't believe what Arizona has done. This is bigger by far than being left in Seattle for a career "calling" in Africa.

"You weren't on the freakin' plane!" Arizona shouts. Here comes the PTSD development. It becomes obvious that Arizona still has a lot to deal with after losing her leg - on Callie's call. To the avid Grey's Anatomy viewers, it is clear that Arizona would have died if her leg was not amputated. Arizona must know this, too. But it seems she has been choosing not to care.

Series creator Shonda Rhimes earlier teased about PTSD coming into play for the Calzona couple in the finale. It is difficult to imagine Callie and Arizona apart since their momentous wedding, but relationships end frequently in Grey's Anatomy. Are Callie and Arizona really ending their marriage? Or does Arizona snap out of PTSD in time?

Meanwhile, other Grey's Anatomy couples are doing better than fine. Jolex -- Jo Wilson and Alex Karev - are definitely on the same page. There are some good news and there are some bad news. And then there's the worst cliffhanger - do viewers say goodbye to Chief Webber in Grey's Season 10?
