'Grimm' Season 5 fall finale spoilers: Episode 6 synopsis, promo video tease war, Wesen gang vandalism and Monroe in danger
The fall finale episode of “Grimm” Season 5 will put another character’s life in danger. The synopsis and promo video of “Grimm” Season 5, episode 6 titled “Wesen Nacht” tease on the escalating Wesen trouble that results to the kidnapping of Nick Burkhardt’s Wieder Blutbad ally, Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell).

The fall finale episode synopsis of “Grimm” Season 5 in a Carter Matt report teases that Nick Burkhardt (David Giuntoli) and Hank Griffin (Russell Hornsby) are going to investigate on a wave of coordinated Wesen gang vandalism in Portland that results in a local business owner’s death. The synopsis further adds that the Wesen gang vandalism will put Monroe’s life in danger.
A friend of Monroe’s wife, Rosalee Calvert (Bree Turner), will also be a victim of the Wesen gang attack in “Grimm” Season 5, episode 6 titled “Wesen Nacht.” As Nick and Hank dig deeper in their investigation, the detectives find out that Portland is not the only city hit with the Wesen gang’s wave of violence.
Meanwhile, Theresa “Trubel” Rubel (Jacqueline Toboni) will finally tell Nick and Adalind Schade (Claire Coffee) what she has been really up to in the fall finale episode. Lastly, the synopsis teased that Captain Sean Renard (Sasha Roiz) will dip his toes into politics as he gives his support to a local candidate.
In an exclusive Blastr interview, “Grimm” cast member David Giuntoli teased that there will be a big, global struggle in season 5. The 35-year-old actor further added that the viewers will learn more about new covert organizations and characters in “Grimm” Season 5.
However, Giuntoli shared that more and more “Grimm” characters are going to drop like flies in the fifth season of NBC’s supernatural drama series. “It’s all just revenge this season,” Giuntoli teased.
Another thing that Nick will focus on in “Grimm” Season 5 is being a father to his child with Adalind. Giuntoli also assumes that Adalind will also die in “Grimm” Season 5 because the show is killing everybody off.
“It's really remarkable (laughs). Maybe it will just be called Trubel at the end of the season,” Giuntoli joked. “Grimm” Season 5 will return with the fall finale episode titled “Wesen Nacht” on Friday night, Dec. 11, at 9/8c on NBC.
