'Grimm' Season 5 spoilers: David Giuntoli teases major character death, Nick-Monroe bromance and Nick's main focus in new season
The new season of NBC’s supernatural drama series “Grimm” offers the viewers with new story twists and threats. Cast member David Giuntoli teases in an interview what’s in store for his character Nick Burkhardt in “Grimm” Season 5 as well as the upcoming death of a major character.

“I’ll say this: No character is safe any longer,” Giuntoli shared during his interview with Zap2it. Giuntoli further teased that “Grimm” Season 5 can now start shaking things up because the show has been on for four years.
The synopsis of “Grimm” Season 5, episode 3 titled “Lost Boys” in a Hollywood Hills report teases that main character in danger is Monroe’s wife, Rosalee Calvert (Bree Turner). Could Rosalee be the “Grimm” character that Giuntoli teases on dying this season?
The new episode’s synopsis further teased that Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) will race against time to find and save Rosalee with the help of Nick Burkhardt and Hank Griffin (Russell Hornsby). A group of orphaned children will target and kidnap Rosalee because she appears to be the mother figure that they have always dreamt of.
Meanwhile, Giuntoli revealed that Nick’s main focus in “Grimm” Season 5 will be avenging the death of his mother and ex-girlfriend Juliette Silverton (Bitsie Tulloch). As for Nick’s child with Adalind Schade (Claire Coffee), Giuntoli explained that Nick will be protecting his child with everything, but he has to settle the important issues first.
When asked about the possibility of a romantic relationship between Nick and Adalind, Giuntoli shared that the connective tissue between the two “Grimm” characters is simply being parents to their child. Another dynamic that the “Grimm” fans can continue to watch in the new season is the Nick-Monroe bromance.
Giuntoli teased that there will be a lot of scenes between Nick and Monroe in “Grimm” Season 5. The 35-year-old actor further shared that Nick and Monroe will go on a trip out of the country together.
“We get our passports stamped and everything,” Giuntoli teased. “Grimm” Season 5 will return with episode 3 titled “Lost Boys” on Friday night, Nov. 13, at 9/8c on NBC.
