Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton spent the weekend on a memorable date in Nashville.

The two “The Voice” coaches jetted off to Nashville to attend a special occasion to celebrate RaeLynn’s engagement. Stefani and Shelton were photographed Saturday, Dec. 19, on their way to Burbank airport, E News reports. The two musicians joined other party guests in former “The Voice” contestant RaeLynn’s engagement party with husband-to-be Josh Davis. Shelton, who was RaeLynn’s coach during her “The Voice” days, was said to have helped in the planning the event.

Sources told E News that Stefani and Shelton looked happy during Christmas themed party. "Blake and Gwen were great,” the source said. "They looked happy. They were having a great time and dressed in spirit. Blake gave a nice little toast to Raelynn and congratulated his close friend…what a friend would do for another friend."

The source added that around 50-60 guests attended RaeLynn’s engagement party. The event even featured a photobooth and guests even competed for the event’s Best Dressed in Ugly Holiday Sweater contest. The source stated, "Everybody was having a good time."

The bride-to-be also shared a few of the pictures on Instagram, according to Entertainment Tonight. One Instagram snap showed the soon-to-be married couple with Shelton and Stefani. RaeLynn captioned the image, “Squad. #destinedtobeadavis.” Another snap also showed RaeLynn in a group picture with “The Voice” coaches, she wrote on Instagram, “Thank you @amandacraig12 and @blakeshelton for being the best hosts! Me and @josh_davis_18 are so thankful #destinedtobeadavis.”

The former “The Voice” contestant also used Instagram when she announced her engagement to Davis in October, Entertainment Tonight reported. She uploaded a selfie picture with her fiance on the social media site while as she showed off her engagement ring. RaeLynn captioned the image, “MEET MY HANDSOME FIANCÉ … Future Mr. And Mrs. Joshua Davis! Can't believe I get to marry my best friend … #destinedtobeadavis.”

RaeLynn joined season 2 of “The Voice” and has remained close with Shelton after the competition. She previously told Entertainment Tonight that found it “awesome” that Shelton is dating Stefani. She gushed, “I mean, she's Gwen Stefani. They're both great people."
