Now that Jennifer Lawrence is out, Gwyneth Paltrow is said to be re-entering a relationship with estranged husband Chris Martin.

Sources told Sunday People that the famous exes are now trying to rekindle their romance. Paltrow, 42, and Martin, 37, have been married for 11 years before they announced their “conscious uncoupling” in March.

Since their split, Paltrow has reportedly moved on and dated “Glee” co-creator Brad Falchuk, while the Coldplay frontman has gone out with 24-year-old “It” girl Lawrence. However, Martin and Lawrence have apparently ended their romance just recently, which left Paltrow free to continue her marriage with her husband.

“Despite being very different beasts, Chris and Gwyneth adore one another. I suppose it’s a case of they can’t live without one another,” an insider claimed to the paper. “Talk of officially ending their marriage is not even on the agenda. Lawyers haven’t been introduced yet. The chances of there being a happy reconciliation are very high.”

The news came right after Martin and Lawrence’s breakup has hit online. On Thursday night, the “American Hustle” star was seen at the alt-rocker’s Malibu home to collect her belongings.

“Jennifer went over to Chris’ to apologise for the coverage of their breakup being so one-sided, reclaim her possessions and to ensure there were no hard feelings,” a source told MailOnline, adding that the now ex-couple, who dated for just several months, are “not getting back together.”

According to reports, Lawrence was the one who ended their whirlwind affair because she could not understand Martin’s closeness with Paltrow. Although they were frequently spotted together, Lawrence and Martin’s relationship was never officially confirmed.

The separated husband-and-wife team reunited on Wednesday night when Paltrow hosted the American Foundation for AIDS Research, or AMfAR, Inspiration Gala in Los Angeles. Martin and his Coldplay band mate Jonny Buckland opened the event with a surprise performance. The “Iron Man 3” actress was heard calling Martin “father of the year.”

Paltrow and Martin raise two children together, daughter Apple, who was born in 2004, and son Moses, who came two years later at 2006.
