For the third time, Halle Berry has never given up on love as she is set to marry her long time boyfriend and co-star Olivier Martinez.

It was the representative of the jewelry designer of their engagement ring who made the confirmation with 'People' magazine. The engagement ring, designed by Gurhan, is made out of rich diamonds and emeralds.

According to USmagazine, the Oscar award winning actress has taken a halt on getting married again but not until she met the actor. They have long been dating for about a year already and one of their closest friends said that the actress must have finally found her 'soul mate' in Martinez.

On Past Relationhips

Halle Berry was first married to David Justice, a baseball player, then to singer Eric Benet after. It was just in 2010 when she broke up with Gabriel Aubry who was later on linked as well with the pretty socialite Kim Kardashian. Berry and Aubry spent five years together and produced a beautiful daughter named Nahla.

On the other hand for Martinez, it would be the first time for the French actor to tie the knot with someone. Martinez has been linked with other known celebrities in the industry like Kylie Minogue and even Mira Sorvino.

Aside from the actress' controversial relationships in the past, she has also been very active in attending charitable events like campaigns against Leukemia, annual balls to help needy children around the world, and also releasing her very own brand of perfume called 'Halle' by Halle Berry from Coty.

'Cloud Atlas' is the latest film that she would be seen this 2012.
