Actors Harrison Ford and Calista Flockhart had their exchange of wedding vows at the governor's mansion in the US state of Mexico, media reports said on Wednesday.

People magazine has confirmed from the couple's representative that Ford, lead star of the "Indiana Jones" and "Star Wars" films, married "Ally McBeal" star Flockhart in Santa Fe on Tuesday. The ceremony was conducted by Governor Bill Richardson.

The couple met in 2002 at the Golden Globe awards and got engaged on Valentine's Day last year.

This is the third marriage for Ford. He has two sons (Benjamin and Willard) with his first wife, Mary Marquardt, plus two grandchildren. He also has two children (Malcolm and Georgia) with his second wife, screenwriter Melissa Mathison. In the meantime, this is the first marriage for Flockhart. The couple are parents to a nine-year-old adopted son, Liam.

Ford is currently filming "Cowboys and Aliens" in the southwetern state where their wedding ceremony was held.
