'Harry Potter's' Emma Watson Graduates from Brown University [PHOTOS]
Despite the countless red carpet premieres and filming in between for films, Emma Watson still managed to place education at her top priority. In fact, the former Hogwarts alumnus is finally graduating from Brown University this month. Watson is due to get her diploma from the Ivy League University in English literature.
Emma wasted no time in pursuing her dreams after the end of "Harry Potter." In 2009, the actress immediately enrolled at Brown University to pursue a degree in English literature. Yet, her education didn't pose as a hindrance to her film career. During times that filming required Watson extended absence from Brown University, the 24-year old actress spent a few months at Oxford University.
A spokesperson for Brown University confirmed that Watson is set to attend the graduation ceremony which will be held on May 25.
With less than a week before her graduation, Watson was recently spotted at Prince William's private gala. Looking effortlessly chic in a full length grey skirt and classic white polo, Watson joined a few other stars namely Helena Bonham Carter, Benedict Cumberbatch and Kate Moss. Later, Watson was spotted chatting away with Prince William while holding on to a glass of champagne.
Another upcoming event that will include Watson is the much awaited reunion of the Golden Trio for the new ride at Universal Studios Orlando, Harry Potter Theme park, which is the ""Harry Potter and the Escape From Gringotts."
"They'll be there! It's quite exciting. They're regrouping for one last adventure," said art director Alan Gilmore in an interview with MTV News, adding, "It's all new, it's a brand new film. And it's absolutely film quality, involving the films' team: a merging of the film team and the Universal production team."
