Things are little hazy in Harry Styles and Kendall Jenner's relationship. Though the couple has not gone official with their romance, there are rumors regarding their break-up and reunions. Recently, it was reported that Kendall Jenner flew to London to celebrate Harry Style's belated birthday. Kendall was in London to take part in the London Fashion Week and speculations were ripe that she will end up spending time with Harry and celebrating the singer's birthday.

Apparently, Kendall had planned a belated birthday bash for her alleged boyfriend Harry at The Box, Soho.

"They are throwing Harry a belated 20th birthday party. It's a sign of how far their relationship has come that she and Nick, one of Harry's closest friends, are doing it together. They have many surprises planned," a source revealed to DailyMail, as quoted by entertainmentwise.com.

However, what contradicted these reports was the fact that Harry Styles did not come to cheer up Kendall at her Fashion show. Rather the One Directioner was spotted sitting in the front row of his alleged ex-girlfriend Cara Delevingne at the Burberry Prorsum show. Does that mean Harry Styles picked Cara over Kendall?

"The One Direction hottie was spotted in the front row at his former flame's Burberry show, where he appeared to be totally checking her out! And what's worse is that Harry was apparently a no-show to the Giles Deacon show, which featured his current love interest Kendall Jenner,"reported Hollywoodlife.com.

Harry Styles is also rumored to be romancing Miley Cyrus's companion Sky Ferreira. The two were spotted hanging out at The Box.

"The two of them were together for most of the night and seemed all over each other - whispering in each other's ears and giggling. Harry and Sky left at the same time and looked very merry - they were stumbling down the stairs, " revealed a source to Perezhilton.com.
