Harry Styles Turned Down Movie Role Opposite Cara Delevingne
Before Harry Styles dated the likes of Taylor Swift and Kendall Jenner, the British singer was linked to supermodel Cara Delevingne. They were never officially together but that did not stop them from being good friends. However, what was the reason as to why Harry turned down a movie role opposite Cara Delevingne?
Cara Delevingne and Harry Styles were once linked romantically. In fact, Harry was the usual celebrity found in the front row of Cara's fashion shows from 2012 to 2013. The pair have not been spotted together since but reports claim they remain good friends.
While Harry moved on with Taylor Swift and Kendall Jenner, Cara moved on with Michelle Rodriguez. Yet, Cara's relationship with Michelle fizzled out fast as the latter is now in a relationship with "High School Musical's" Zac Efron.
Now, Cara and Harry could have reconciled onscreen much to the delight of their fans if not for the latters' world tour with One Direction. Reportedly, Harry turned down a role in Harvey Weinstein's film "Tulip Fever" due to his 1D commitments.
"I offered Harry a role in Tulip Fever but he was touring so he had to turn it down. The part ended up going to Matthew Morrison and let me tell you this, the very first scene he shot was one of him kissing Cara Delevingne," stated Harvey in an exclusive report by Mail Online, adding, "So I'm sure Harry won't be turning be down the next role I offer him."
Fans of Cara and Harry would have loved to see both stars onscreen. Now, they'd have to see Cara kiss Matthew Morrison and not Harry Styles.
While she's not busy on the runway, Cara recently took the ice bucket challenge in the hopes of raising awareness for the AL Association. Aside from the challenge, donations will be made to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support and Motor Neurone Disease Association.
As for Harry Styles, the curly-haired cutie recently slammed a Twitter user who claimed Harry nabbed a $100 from him.
"Just ran into Harry Styles at the tigers game and he Gave me $100 to get him two beers and I took the money and left #sweartogod [sic]," reads the tweet to which Harry replied with, "I wasn't at the tigers game. Cool story though."
