Have your say - how are you combating the skills shortage?

Talent2's APAC Market Pulse Survey, released last month, revealed that 67% of HR executives report having experienced problems in recruiting due to skills shortgages.

This is a particular problem for those with over 250 employees (77%). The question is, how are employers dealing with this? Perhaps the plan is to upskill existing employees? Or hire more contract/temp workers to help alleviate high workloads?
