In the previous episode, the team had to deal with a rampaging elephant on a public street, as well as a stolen state-of-the-art indestructible suit.

Ecumenical News states that the Five-0 team will be on the search for six escaped prisoners, including Kono’s husband, Adam. An unknown person intended to start a chemical spill to set the inmates loose.
In the promo video, Kono discovered the bad news that her husband is one of the six inmates who escaped jail. She even believes that her husband will also do everything to maintain his freedom, even if it means killing someone. Kono told the team not to lie to her and that she wants to get full details on the pending manhunt. The clip also featured a lot of guns, so there will expectedly be some action as the prisoners try to resist law enforcers from capturing them again.
CarterMatt writes that in episode titled “Ka Pono Ku’oko’a,” which means “The Cost of Freedom,” the end will most likely feature what Adam’s future will entail. There may also be hints about Kono’s fate. Fans wish to see Kono happy, considering how she has been through a lot of trouble already. Hopefully, the episodes leading to the end of Season 6 will give her some solace and stability.
Kono is expected to have a serious talk with her husband in the upcoming episode. He may not be too eager to return to prison. Kono may also share her thoughts and feelings about their relationship. Will her husband choose to stay at large or will he make amends with Kono and finally help her find the peace she has been searching for so long.
