The American Music Awards are set to happen on Sunday at the Nokia Theatre. Included to present at the awards is none other than country crooner Taylor Swift. One Direction is also set to perform that night. Does this mean a possible "Haylor" reunion might be in the works?

The MTV Video Music Awards was certainly a big night for both One Direction's Harry Styles and Taylor Swift. While Swift openly dissed Harry that night, Styles was all smiles and good intentions. Fans had thought it was still an all-out war between the former "Haylor" couple.

Yet, during the after party, Ed Sheeran shared a photo of him sandwiched by none other than Swift and Styles. Does this mean a mini reunion between the former lovers occurred? Well, Harry claims he and Taylor are "still friends."

With the AMA's only a few days away, Taylor Swift and Harry Styles are bound to rub elbows once more on the red carpet. If not, they might as well be spotted together once more at the AMA after party. Chances are a reunion is most likely to happen again.

Hopefully, it won't be an awkward meet between the former lovers. Rumour has it that Harry Styles and Taylor Swift have been in contact for weeks. A source to Hollywood Life claims that Harry has been sending sexy texts to Swift over the past few weeks.

"Harry has been sending Taylor sexy texts for months," explains the source, adding, "Most of the time she just ignores him but she's lonely and she still has feelings for him so you can't really blame her for getting sucked back in. He's very persistent and very charming. His new song is totally about Taylor. He still wants her back."

"Will he be the good boyfriend that she wants? I doubt it but she's talking to him again so it does seem like she's falling back under his spell. She'll be a little embarrassed because she's told everyone what a jerk he is!" continued the source.

Fans of the "Haylor" couple will just have to wait and see what the AMA's have in store for both singers.
