She's done it before in Project Runway, and now she's doing it again for America's Got Talent--this time as a judge.

Heidi Klum is the latest celebrity addition to take AGT's judging panel, after former Spice Girls member Mel B, and is said to take over Sharon Osbourne's seat.

NBC officially confirmed the judging status of the former VS hottie yesterday, and by the looks of it, Ms. Klum herself is also officially psyched.

"America's got some serious talent! I'm really excited to join the panel of AGT to see it all--from the ridiculous to the fantastic!" said Klum in a statement upon hearing about the good news.

Joining a reality talent search is no new feat for the sexy supermodel, but hosting and judging are two very different arenas.

However, NBC president of alternative and late-night programming Paul Telegdy isn't so worried about Klum, saying, "Heidi has an amazing career across multiple media platforms and has built a brand that is a force in the entertainment business. She has achieved superstardom while balancing being a businesswoman and hard-working mom, bringing a huge amount of experience, discernment and taste to the panel."

Meanwhile, this isn't the first time a long-running reality TV show has added a fourth judge, with rival series American Idol introducing Kara DioGuardi during their eighth season.

We sure hope this isn't one of those ratings things, because the beautiful mother of four sure is genuinely excited when she added, "I love the surprise element of the show and not knowing what we'll see next and who will wow us. I'm also looking forward to spending time with my fellow judges--Howard Stern, Howie Mandel and Mel B!"

The glamorous supermodel made the Monday auditions more attractive when she arrived at New Orleans' Lakefront Arena, wearing a head-turning little black dress, for AGT'S first round of auditions.

Let's just hope the fizzle doesn't die soon like her stint in Project Runway!
