Supermodel Heidi Klum is in love again and she's finally ready to let the world know all about it by posting photos of herself and new boyfriend, Vito Schnabel.

Heidi has reportedly been dating Vito, an art curator and dealer for approximately six months but the Instagram posts over the week are the first pieces of solid evidence confirming their relationship. While they were snapped packing on the PDA as early as March this year, the personal post caused a stir with it being seen as a public admission and declaration by the "Project Runway" star.

The couple appear to be enjoying a sun-soaked vacation to celebrate Schnabel's birthday as evidenced by Heidi's July 27 Instagram post featuring a photo of a leaping Vito who appears to be jumping off a boat into the open ocean. She captioned it simply: "Happy Birthday V."

She then followed up with a post the next day giving a clue on their whereabouts where she appears to be taking a photo while gazing out into the ocean where rock formations can be seen through the top of her bent knees.

The biggest bomb was dropped shortly after when she posted a photo of herself and Vito both wearing hats and sunglasses while grinning widely into the camera. She didn't say anything but captioned the photo with hearts and smileys.

Any reunion with ex-husband Seal seems out of the picture at the moment as Heidi's relationship with Vito heats up. Her new boyfriend, at only 28, is 13 years her junior. He seems to have a penchant for older divorcees though after having previously been involved with actress Demi Moore after her split with Ashton Kutcher.

Other high profile women who have been linked with Schnabel are Liv Tyler and Heidi's fellow supermodel Elle Macpherson.

Heidi divorced Seal in 2007 after having been married for seven years and have three children together. Heidi also has another child from a previous relationship with Formula One Racing Billionaire Flavio Briatore. Heidi and Seal were also renowned for renewing their vows in Mexico on every anniversary before eventually calling it quits. Heidi went into a relationship with Martin Kristen, her body guard shortly after her divorce. The relationship lasted about a year before they parted ways both personally and professionally in January this year.
