Hayden Panettiere is officially off the market. Panettiere announces her engagement to World Heavyweight Boxing Champion Wladimir Klitschko after Kelly Ripa of Live with Kelly and Michael show noticed the huge diamond ring on her finger.

Panettiere graced the show with a real snake around her neck. At one point, when they were talking, Kelly Ripa noticed the ring on Panetiere's finger. "I am sort of distracted, not just by the snake, but there's a very large diamond ring on your ring finger," Kelly said. "I am not sure if you want to announce anything," Kelly added. "Does that signify anything or is that a promise of something" Kelly asked Hayden.

"It might be," Hayden answered while grinning. "I think it speaks for itself," Hayded added. "Are you engaged," Kelly asked. "Yeah," Hayden answered.

Rumours about Panettiere's engagement to Klitschko have already been spreading all over the Internet. She was photographed at the Los Angeles Airport wearing the ring, but both of them kept mum about the engagement. It was only on Wednesday that Panettiere confirmed the good news on the show. It was just four days after Klitschko effectively defended his world title against Alexander Povetkin in Moscow.

Hayden began dating Klitschko in 2009. She has watched some of Klitschko's fights. She appeared ringside during Klitschko's bout with Samuel Peter, in which Klitschko has triumphed over. She broke up with him in 2011 but had gotten back in April 2013.

It is just so adorable to see giant Klitschko with the beautiful petite actress. Klitschko stands at 6 foot 6 inches, and Panettiere stands at 5 foot 2 inches. The couple has not set a wedding date yet. It is probably due to the fact the both of them have busy schedules right now, but it will be thrilling to find out when the actress and her heavyweight boxer fiancé will tie the knot.
