Though admitting she's excited to have a baby with husband Mike Comrie, 23-year old singer and actress Hilary Duff denies tabloid reports that she is pregnant. According to Duff's representative, the newly wed actress is even asking everyone to give her time, having had just married the Pittsburgh Penguins center in August last year.

The star of Lizzie McGuire told US magazine that "she is really excited to have kids" but reiterated that she is no hurry to start a family at 23. Duff also posted a message on her Twitter, further clarifying the pregnancy issue.

The star of the the 2004 flick, The Cinderella Story even joked around in her message saying she would "start wearing tighter clothes" to avoid the pregnancy "rumor."

Duff who hailed from Houston, Texas appeared in Gossip Girl's season three in 2009 and have appeared in various hit movies including, Cheaper by the Dozen, Raise Your Voice, The Perfect Man, among others. The singer married hockey player, Comrie, 30 at a private residence in Sta. Barbara, California on August 14.
