Going through Lauren's love life, we remember that she first found fame a a chic high school senior on MTV's Laguna Beach in 2004. She had an on-off relationship with another surf shop staff Stephen Colletti. She described their ill-fated romance as being so young. Stephen left Lauren for her school rival, Kristin Cavallari.
Lauren then dated a notorious classmate, Jason Wahler, which she broke up with after catching him cheat with Kristin's bestfriend, Jessica Smith. By 2006, Lauren gave Jason a second chance and went through a summer internship in Malibu with Jason. The couple, however, broke up soon enough.
As Heidi Montag dated Spencer Pratt, Lauren and the charismatic star of Fox's Princes of Malibu Brody Jenner grew closer. She said they were attracted to each other but remained just close friends. In Spring 2008, Conrad rekindled her high school romance with Doug Reinhardt, a minor leaguer, who called it quits after and few outings and later pursued Spencer's sister, Stephanie Pratt.
Lauren Conrad then got into a serious relationship with Kyle Howard of My Boys. Unlike the other guys Conrad dated, Kyle did not appear on The Hills. The separated in 2011 after dating for three years.
"It can be hard to feel like you have to start from scratch when you have invested so much time with a person, but shortly after my breakup I realized something: I wasn't losing the chance to have love-I was getting the opportunity to do it all over again," Lauren wrote on her blog.
And she did. On Valentine's Day of 2012, Lauren was set up by mutual friends with 33-year-old William Tell, who hailed from Orange County and was familiar to the entertainment business as a guitarist for pop punk band, Something Corporate. They fell head over heels for each other and after two years, William popped the question.
Her engagement ring is a gold band with a classic, round cut diamond. She later added, "William and I are overwhelmed by all your warm wishes. Thank you so much for sharing in this special moment." She revealed how much of a good match they are because they have a lot in common.
Since Conrad left reality TV, she has focused her attention to the fashion industry. She also writes style guides and teen novels.
