‘The Hobbit: The Battle Of The Five Armies': Trailer Reveals Surprise Wizard Cameo
The trailer for "The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies" has officially been announced. From the preview, viewers will reportedly see a familiar face making a surprise cameo at the end.
"The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies" official trailer will officially be released on Nov. 6, according to TheOneRing.net. However, before the preview gets released, the site hinted that a character with a "familiar face" will make a cameo appearance in the movie. Courtesy of Italian site Tolkien Italia, TheOneRing claims the final movie sequel will once more feature Saruman.
The teaser trailer released in July for "The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies" supposedly didn't feature Saruman. However, the final preview, which, according to Inquisitr will be two minutes and 24 seconds long, will clearly show Saruman. TheOneRing.net even posted some screen grabs from the said upcoming official trailer. One image shows Gandalf walking with Saruman. Another photo shows the villain white wizard with an Orochi.
Per Inquisitr, the legendary Saruman looks weathered down by age, probably because the actor himself, Cristopher Lee, is 92 years old. It's reportedly even surprising that he has agreed to do a cameo role in the final sequel. Head over to the site to see more photos from the official trailer.
Theonering.net also previously hinted that the official trailer for "The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies" will feature Gandalf's iconic phrase. According to the site, fans would once again hear the great wizard say," Now is the time where all must choose what side they are on."
The official trailer was reportedly initially announced to be released on Oct. 31. However, the debut has been moved to Nov. 6. According to Inquisitr, Nov. 6 marks Peter Jackson's last trailer for his Middle Earth series including "The Lord of the Rings" trilogy. Talking to USA Today, Peter Jackson said the final installation in the Hobbit chapter is the closest version to "All the President's Men." He reportedly said there are no new characters in the movie. In "The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies," "everybody's where they need to be and all cards are on the table."
