The "Holby City" cast 2017, including Christian Vit (Matteo), David Ames (Dominic), Jemma Redgrave (Bernie), Marc Elliott (Isaac), Eleanor Fanyinka (Morven) and Nic Jackman (Cameron), will have an upcoming episode on Tuesday titled "The Heart Is a Small Thing." It is about Cameron's return to Holby and Morven's feelings for him. Plus, Matteo comes across a familiar face from the past which dredges up painful memories. RadioTimes reports that Tuesday's episode of "Holby City" will show Matteo remembering painful memories from his past, no thanks to a familiar face. He also wants to prove that his marriage is over. Meanwhile, Bernie's son Cameron returns to Holby, forcing Morven to deal with her feelings for him. Dominic will also return to Keller and he will have a difficult time adjusting. It doesn't help that a patient will remind him of Isaac and their traumatic relationship.

According to DigitalSpy, in "Holby City" Series 19, episode 31, Matteo will be shocked to see his wife Nina (Ayesha Dharker) on Darwin. Unfortunately, she will threaten his life at Holby. Aside from Nina, Matteo will also deal with a patient which he is contemplating on transferring to St. James.

Meanwhile, Dominic's troublesome and deceitful patient has a history of abusing the system just to have free cosmetic surgery. As for Bernie, she plans on bringing Cameron back to Holby for good. Morven must face her feelings for him and vice versa. Morven also has a chance to repair her friendship with Jasmine (Angela Griffin), who advises her to take some chances when it comes to love.

'Gold Star'

The episodes before "The Heart Is a Small Thing" are "Gold Star," which aired in the UK on May 2 and "Two Hearts," which aired on April 25. "Gold Star" showed Mo (Chizzy Akudolu) getting caught between two patients. Aside from this, she also struggled with juggling her work and motherhood. Essie (Kaye Wragg) also found some contraceptives in Parker's (Louis Davison) school bag. Plus, Sacha's (Bob Barrett) first girlfriend Raina (Jackie Marks) got admitted to the hospital, which also paved the way for their past relationship to be revealed online. It even went viral!

'Two Hearts'

Jac (Rosie Marcel) and Matteo clashed in this episode. They disagreed about a pioneering procedure. Meanwhile, Ric (Hugh Quarshie) was determined to bring order to the Acute Assessment Unit (AAU) by running a tight ship. However, he encountered something shocking which jarred him. Plus, Sacha contemplated on asking help from Essie.

"Holby City" airs in the UK every Tuesdays at 8-9pm on BBC One. "The Heart Is a Small Thing" airs on May 9.
