Stars dazzle alongside the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge in designer outfits as they pose for photographs during last Saturday's BAFTA-sponsored gala event. Prince William is the president of the British Academy of Film and Television, and the Duke was more than ecstatic to share moments with some of his favorite Hollywood celebrities. Hollywood staples who arrived include Tom Hanks and wife Rita Wilson, Jack Black, Nicole Kidman, Jennifer Garner, Jennifer Lopez and Blake Lively.

No matter how the dames of Hollywood tried their best to dress like princesses, Catherine remained the night's most photographed and celebrated female. The Duchess arrived in a lavender Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen creation, looking regal and beautiful all throughout the night. Another female who stole the spotlight on the red carpet is Jennifer Lopez, who wore a skin tight olive green dress with rhinestone and stud details on one sleeve. Jennifer Garner looked lovely in a silk navy blue dress, while Nicole Kidman proved to be stunning in sparkly silver and grey.

Gossip girl star Blake Lively and actress-singer Zooey Deschanel both donned silver-inspired outfits, with Lively wearing a Grecian draped gown while Deschanel remained playful in close necked ankle-length balloon dress. Actress Elizabeth Banks wore a classy white dress with grommet detail on the single shoulder, while Broadway bombshell Kristin Chenoweth arrived spunky in a dark mustard, olive sheer dress.
