‘Home and Away' spoilers for May 17: Maddy goes missing; Nate sets his eyes on another woman [VIDEO]

Relationship woes continue to abound on “Home and Away.” On Tuesday, Maddy Osborne (Kassandra Clementi) risks everything for one final goodbye. While Matt Page (Alec Snow) believed that everything is okay again between them, he comes to find that Maddy has escaped from the hospital. Meanwhile, as his marriage with Ricky Sharpe (Bonnie Sveen) continues to fall apart, Dr Nate Cooper (Kyle Pryor) finds a welcome distraction at work.

Other “Home and Away” cast members who will also appear on the May 17 installment include Tori Morgan (Penny McNamee ), Roo Stewart (Georgie Parker), Alf Stewart (Ray Meagher) and John Palmer (Shane Withington).

Back to the Bay reports that on Tuesday, Maddy sets everything in line before running away. Fearing for the worst, Roo and Matt launches a search for Maddy. Meanwhile, Nate begins to entertain new prospects as his marriage with Ricky goes downhill.

Network Seven posted a sneak peek for Tuesday’s episode. In the preview video, Maddy is seen going to an empty room, as she cries about her situation.

"Home and Away" recap

Monday’s episode showed how Ricky dealt with the aftermath of the accident. She began to feel insecure about her physical state, and the fact that she won’t be able to give Nate a child. Every time she talked to Nate, it turns to an argument. She insisted to go home, but even there, she continued to snap at him for helping her. Ricky tried to make it up to him by seducing him. She grabbed him for a passionate kiss, but Nate rebuffed her efforts, cautioning that it’s too soon. Later, the two talked about their current issue, and Ricky thanked Nate for being understanding. Meanwhile, at the hospital, Tori is becoming too friendly with Nate.

Followers of “Home and Away” also saw Matt sharing with Alf that Maddy broke up with him. Roo found out about this, and tried to change Maddy’s mind. Maddy expressed her fears that Matt is just taking pity on her, and that he’d dump her soon. They also talked about Oscar, and Maddy said she regretted not making to his funeral. Failing to get through to Maddy, Roo turned to Matt and convinced him to fight for their relationship. Matt went to the hospital to talk again to Maddy. She said that everything has changed, but Matt reassured her that it would make them stronger. Matt lovingly kissed Maddy on the lips. Later, Matt and Roo went to the hospital to visit Maddy, but she’s gone.
