‘Home and Away’ spoilers for Sept 12: Nate may have another shot at love with Tori; Justin’s affair with Phoebe is stunted

Summer Bay seems to be packed with complicated relationships and budding romances on the next episode of “Home and Away.” On Monday, there may still be hope for Nate Cooper’s (Kyle Pryor) love story with Tori Morgan (Penny McNamee). While Tori is enjoying her time with Duncan Stewart (Benedict Wall), a huge problem arises when his ex-wife and son showed up.

Meanwhile, Justin (James Stewart) also has his share of love problems. He’s eager to start a relationship with Phoebe Nicholson (Isabella Giovinazzo), but his family’s ordeal gets in the way. Other “Home and Away” cast members who will also appear on the upcoming installment include Brody (Jackson Heywood), Mason Morgan (Orpheus Pledger), Katarina Chapman (Pia Miller), Hunter King (Scott Lee), Olivia Richards (Raechelle Banno), Matt Page (Alec Snow), Alf Stewart (Ray Meagher) and Roo Stewart (Georgie Parker).

“Home and Away” also stars Leah Patterson-Baker (Ada Nicodemou), Zac Macguire (Charlie Clausen), Martin “Ash” Ashford (George Mason), Evelyn “Evie” MacGuire’s (Philippa Northeast), Chris Harrington (Johnny Ruffo), Billie Ashford (Tessa De Josselin), VJ Patterson (Matthew Little), Irene Roberts (Lynne McGranger), John Palmer (Shane Withington) and Marilyn Chambers (Emily Symons).

Back to the Bay reports that on Monday, Justin struggles to decide between honesty and restarting his relationship with Phoebe. Meanwhile, Tori begins to have second thoughts about pursuing her romance with Duncan after his family arrived at Summer Bay.

Seven Network posted a sneak peek of this week’s episodes. In the trailer, Phoebe asks Justin if there’s something wrong and he confirms there is. Meanwhile, a man was rushed to the hospital and Tori identifies him as Decker. Justin then tells Tori and Brody about Decker’s request.

Duncan seems to be falling for Caroline all over again, and Alf isn’t too happy about it. After all, Duncan’s ex-wife cheated on him and ruined their family. Elsewhere, Olivia orders Tabitha to stop ruining her life. Olivia looks horrified when Tabitha replies, “I haven’t even started.”

“Home and Away” recap

In the previous episode, Duncan informed Tori that he might be staying permanently in Summer Bay. He told Roo that he’s exploring to buy into a sea charter business, but would need Alf’s financial help. Roo expressed her doubts of them being business partners – it might create another rift between them. Despite this, Duncan stood his ground and asked his dad if he’s interested. Alf agreed, but only they were equal partners.

Meanwhile, Nate met with a woman and Tori assumed it’s a blind date. She eyed the two, appearing like a jealous girlfriend. The next day, Nate cleared the air and said that he was in a business meeting, not a date. Tori looked relieved after hearing this information. She then headed to Duncan’s house, bringing some food for them to share. However, Duncan looked uncomfortable and said it wasn’t a good time. Tori soon found out why: A woman called for him from another room, then a kid appeared, calling Duncan “daddy.” A woman also showed up, introducing herself as Caroline, Duncan’s wife. Alf and Roo arrived and Tori walked out from the family reunion.

Billie and VJ started to move in to their own trailer home. While they were walking and carrying their stuff, Billie dropped the blanket that Irene gave and hid it under one of the trailer vans. However, the blanket later turned up and VJ handed it back to her. That night, Billie burned the blanket. She thought VJ didn’t see, but he had a glimpse of it. He confronted her about it, and Billie said she didn't like the blanket at all.

Justin asked Phoebe out for a date, and it seemed romance will soon be in full bloom for the two. Later, Decker showed up at the Morgans’ door, apologising for putting their whole family in danger. However, Justin told him they want a new police protector, then slammed the door at Decker’s face. The next day, a police car stopped Justin while he was driving to meet Phoebe for their date. Justin was horrified when the arrested him for supposedly assaulting an officer. Meanwhile, Phoebe waited for Justin fruitlessly, and reckoned she was stood up.

At the police station, Decker arrived, saying that he had no choice but to take Justin by force. Decker slid a piece of paper containing an address, saying that if anything happens to him, Justin should go to that place as quickly as he can. Decker then revealed that the syndicate has a rat inside the force, which makes sense that they’re always a step ahead of the police. Decker planned on going after the rat, but it’s expectedly dangerous, which is why he’s asking for Justin’s help. Decker said Justin is the only guy he could trust right now, and that they’re more connected than Justin would ever realise. Justin refused to heed Decker’s request.

Matt discovered that the reason why his sister is acting out at school is because she has a learning disability. He assured her that they’ll go through the whole ordeal together.
