Home Video Proves That Kim Kardashian Knew She Was Dope Even Before Kanye West Told Her So On Her Birthday [VIDEO]
Kim Kardashian West received lots of love from her family and friends on her birthday. Her family used tome throwback photos to pay tribute to her and her husband Kanye West told her she is the "dopest wife and mother." It turns out, Kim has known for a very long time how dope she actually is without Kanye telling her.
Kanye tweeted his birthday greetings to his wife and told her how much he loves her and called her dope. Flashback to 1994 on Kim's 8th grade graduation, Entertainment Tonight shared a home video of the reality star back when she wasn't famous yet.
"My name's Kim Kardashian, I'm the dopest on the ropest person in this class," says Kim as she speaks to the camera with a microphone sporting a short straight cut bob. Someone corrected her and told her that the expression is "dope on a rope" and she takes it in stride by saying that it's important to learn vocabulary. Kim is very energetic in the video and speaks really fast in contrast to the poised and composed Kim of more recent years.
Kim also showed off some of her dance moves while waving her arms in the air and going around in circles. She has since gone on to do a stint at "Dancing With The Stars" where she made a dismal showing.
She went on to say that everyone loves her and how people will miss her the most. She also talked about how popular she is. Now with over 20 million followers on her Instagram account alone, she was certainly right on that point. Kim also hit the spot at the start of the video when she asked if people were taping what she was saying "I hope you do so that you can see me when I'm famous." She also referred to herself as a beautiful little girl.
Kris Jenner was also seen dancing with the kids towards the end of the video. Older sister Kourtney was also seen celebrating with her sister. Fast forward to 2014, Kris, Kourtney and the rest of Kim's family joined her once again and this time around, the celebration was at the TAO nightclub in Las Vegas with thousands of fans. The camera won't be a home camcorder but the film crew for season 10 of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians."
