ABC's latest legal drama "How to Get Away with Murder" that was premiered last September 25 and the series has already created quite a buzz among the fans. Shonda Rhimes latest production revolves around a murder mystery, a successful defense attorney and her students. The show is set to air Episode 3 titled "Smile, or Go to Jail" on Oct. 9, 2014. Last week, viewers saw Annalise Keating (Viola Davis), the defense attorney and her students take on the case of a millionaire Max St. Vincent (Steven Weber). All evidence of his wife's murder pointed at him, but they were successfully able to defend the suspect and win the case. While working on the case, Annalise grew suspicious of her husband Sam Keating's (Tom Verica) involvement in the murder of the girl from his university. She seeks Detective Nate Lahee's assistance to find out whether Sam killed Lila or not.

ABC has released synopsis on "How to Get Away with Murder" Episode 3 "Smile, or Go to Jail" on its official website. According to the report, Annalise and her students take up a new case of soccer mom Paula Murphy (Ana Ortiz) who is accused of series of crimes. At first she was taken into custody for violation of rules and infringement. However, when the she was released from the jail she was again arrested by FBI for a bigger crime -- murder. The task of "proving her innocence" is a difficult one because for that the team reportedly needs to gain confidence of the second suspect in the murder case and get him/her to testify for Paula.

In Middleton University campus, the president of the college requests Annalise to represent and defend Griffin O'Reilly, Lila's boyfriend and the soccer star. However, Annalise has her own fears to deal with first.

The episode features more flash forwards revealing more interesting yet shocking details from the night of Lila's murder. As the clues unfold it turns out that someone else was also present at the crime scene besides just the students. Meanwhile, a latest promo video via TV Fanatic teases what to expect in "How to Get Away with Murder."

"How to Get Away With Murder" also stars Liza Weil as Bonnie Winterbottom and Frank Delfino (Charlie Weber). They are Annalise's two associates.
