ABC's latest legal drama "How to Get Away With Murder" (HTGAWM) is set to feature explosive episode on Oct. 16, 2014. Shonda Rhimes latest production's storyline revolves around a successful and sought-after defense attorney and her students, who are caught up in a murder mystery of a graduation student. Will they be able to uncover the actual murderer? By the look of things in Episode 4, it seems the team is getting closer to find the clues. Last week, viewers saw Annalise Keating, the defense attorney, and her students take on the case of a soccer mom Paula Murphy. She was considered a prime suspect in a murder trial as all the evidence pointed towards her. Later it was discovered that she is actually a fugitive working for an anti-globalization organization named Elena. The case is put on hold when Paula runaway with her lover. Elsewhere, Michaela learns about her fiancé Aiden's secret affair with Connor that leaves her devastated. Meanwhile, Nate figures that Annalise's husband's alibi from the night of Lila Stangard's murder is a fake.

Moving on to the next segment, "Let's Get to Scooping" is going to see some major developments. ABC has released synopsis on "How to Get Away with Murder" Episode 4 on its official website teasing spoilers. According to the media report, Annalise and her students take up a new case of CEO of a big brokerage firm. Marren Trudeau is accused of committing a major crime of "insider trading."

Fans must brace themselves as the next episode will see the team of investigators make some progress in Lila Stangard's murder. Wes discovers a cell phone which could provide an important clue related to the crime. Surprisingly, the device was being hidden by Rebecca and when he runs through the contents of the phone he discovers unnerving evidence in the murder mystery. Does Wes already know who the murderer is?

Meanwhile, a promo video of "How to Get Away with Murder" Episode 4 "Let's Get to Scooping" on TV Guide, shows Annalise and her students at Marren Trudeau's firm where FBI is already searching for evidence. Marren can be seen burning the warrant.

Another sneak peek (published on YouTube.com by Television promos) gives a good glimpse at the important events of the next episode. The voiceover teases a jaw dropping segment. Another clip (published on YouTube.com by TvPromosdb) shows Annalise questioning Wes about all that he said to the client who eventually confessed the crime. She questions him "whether he is working for the other side." This episode is written by Erika Green Swafford and directed by Laura Innes.
