How I Met Your Mother Season 8 Episode 8 is about the biggest case lawyer Marshall Eriksen has ever needed to win.

HIMYM has shown a lot more of Marshall's 'Beer-cules' side than his lawyering side. On Monday night, things will change. Fans will see Marshall in the courtroom against his ex-bromance friend Brad (guest star Joe Manganiello). The title will reveal a lot about how the show will unfold. 'How I Met Your Mother:' The Brad Story

Marshall and Brad were "bromantic" buddies in law school. In HIMYM Season 2, these boys are great together. But Marshall can only have one BFF, so they eventually part ways.

When Brad comes back in Marshall's life, he appears to be in dire need of help. So Marshall recommends him to his boss. This move convinces the gang that Marshall is a "stamp tramp." Marshall really does not know much about Brad, but he goes out of his way to help him, anyway.

Too bad for Marshall, it turns out Brad has only tricked him into believing that he needed to be rescued. In last week's episode, it is revealed that Brad is working on a case against Marshall's firm. He has successfully spied at Marshall's firm because the stamp tramp let him in!

Now it's up to Marshall to kick his former bromance partner's a-s-s and have his revenge in court.

HIMYM Season 8 Episode 8: 'Twelve Horny Women'

As the title suggests, there will be some flirting involved in the post-stamp tramp story. Unfortunately for Marshall, Brad seems to really know how to have fun with girls - especially those in the jury.

Brad looks girls in the eyes, bends over to give them a good view, and says things that make them want to take care of him. What does Marshall know in such a game?
