How to Manually Upgrade LG Nexus 4 to Official Android 4.4.3 KTU84L KitKat
Android 4.4.3 is now being rolled out for LG Nexus 4 which may not be available yet in your location. There is a manual process in order to get the latest version and make the Nexus 4 run the official KTU84L firmware build.

TeamAndroid compiled the information needed to manually upgrade your LG Nexus 4 to Android 4.4.3 KitKat KTU84L firmware build in case you haven't received the Over the Air update from Google.
Android 4.4.3 KitKat contains major bug-fixing patches on different functionalities on the device such as Bluetooth fixes, email and exchange fixes and camera improvements.
Requirements:
1. Use the firmware for LG Nexus 4. It is recommended that your device has an unlocked boot loader to save some steps.
2. Create a manual backup of all data files and personal settings stored on your smartphone as the flash will wipe out everything.
3. The battery level must be at least 70 per cent to avoid issues from power interruption.
4. Enable USB debugging mode on your device then download the necessary USB drivers on your computer.
5. Setup the ADB and Fastboot with Android SDK on your computer.
6. Download the official factory image of Android 4.4.3 KitKat KTU84L on your computer. It is coded as "occam-ktu64l-factory-0d3fd624.tgz".
Warning: We are not responsible for any errors which may occur on your LG Nexus 4. Even if it is the official firmware from Google, manual installation may damage the device if done improperly. Make sure you use the right firmware and follow the instructions properly to avoid any issues. Do this at your own risk.
Flashing Instructions:
1. Connect your LG Nexus 4 to the computer using a USB cable.
2. Recheck the configuration of the Fastboot on your computer. Make sure everything is correctly configured.
3. Switch off your LG Nexus 4.
4. Reboot into Boot loader mode by pressing and holding the Volume Up, Volume Down and Power keys at the same time. A Fastboot menu and START text will appear on the screen.
5. Go back to your computer and extract the downloaded firmware file to any location such as the desktop.
6. Open the folder "occam-KTU84L" then copy and paste all files to the Fastboot directory. By default, the Fastboot directory should be "platform-tools" folder inside the Android SDK directory.
7. Run the factory image files inside the Fastboot directory based on the OS of your machine.
a. Windows OS: Run the "flash-all.bat" file.
b. MAC OS: Run the "flash-all.sh" using the Terminal.
c. Linux OS: Run the "flash-all.sh" file.
8. Wait until the process is complete then follow the instructions appearing on the screen on your LG Nexus 4. You may need to do more if the device has a locked boot loader.
9. Once the installation has been completed, your LG Nexus 4 will reboot automatically and may take up to five minutes before reaching the home screen.
Well done! Your LG Nexus 4 is now running the latest Android 4.4.3 KitKat with build version KTU84L.
