Now everyone is all eyes on how Australian billionaire, James Packer, and wife, Erica Baxter, will deal with their high-profile split after six years of marriage. But the prominent couple looks to mending broken hearts and leading separate lives in more ways than one.

The third richest Australian is believed to be spending times with friends in Hollywood, while the mother of three is likely to settle back Down Under to begin healing.

Having found interest in films, James is expected to hang out with new filmmaking buddy, Brett Ratner. The Daily Telegraph noted that the billionaire, now estimated at $6B worth, loves America, even decided to establish a new movie production company with his friends in Tinseltown, called RatPack Entertainment.

"James loves America and he'll be spending more time there as his business interests expand, but Sydney will always be home,'' a source said, according to The Daily Telegraph.

If James will be in the company of his “ratpack” friends, Erica finds temporary comfort in Los Angeles as of writing. Erica has been reported renting a place in L.A. with her three children---Indigo, 5, Jackson, 3, and Emmanuelle, one month old. But the newly single mom is said to be coming back to Australia, a place she’ll always call home.

"LA is a funny place for her to be, it isn't a city she really knows, which might be why she is there," Erica’s friend was quoted as saying.

The couple’s divorce had been finalised in Sydney last week. The details of the divorce settlement have been kept under wraps, but it is believed that Erica is getting more than she is expected to receive as inked in her pre-nuptial agreement with the Australian billionaire.

Erica’s friend attested, “She is devoted to their three young children and I'm sure that has been recognised as part of the settlement.”

The former model has turned out to become a devoted mother to her three children, and this is one primary reason why Erica is allegedly expected to receive approximately $100-M from the divorce settlement.

Erica is James’s second wife. James is one of the most prominent businessmen in Australia, while Erica was a model and singer, born in Gunnedah, NSW, Australia.

They got married at Antibes town hall, the Hotel de Ville on the French Riviera on June 20, 2007, after dating on and off for four years. It is believed to be one of the most expensive weddings in Australia, estimated at A$15 million. The couple has three children.
