HTC One M8 Eye having dual-camera features is not arriving in Europe including Austria Germany and Switzerland. It happens to be that the device has been designed specifically for Asian markets such as China and India.

According to the website Fudzilla, HTC One M8 Eye is not planned to be sold in certain European regions such as Austria, Germany and Switzerland. It seems like HTC One M8 Eye has been designed only to selected markets in Asia such as China and India.
"HTC One M8 Eye was designed for specific markets, especially India and that the device lacks some features like infrared found on the high-end HTC One M8,"quoted from Fudzilla.
Regardless of HTC One M8 Eye arrival in other selected markets, HTC One M8 is still the current flagship of the HTC One Family. While HTC Desire Eye having two 13 MP cameras remain under the mid-range category of HTC Desire line.
